What is the definition of a call-up number?
The NYSC Call-up number is a one-of-a-kind number that each Prospective Corps Member receives after completing the online registration process. Two people can have the same name, but they can’t have the same phone number. | webemtech
Your Call-up number is used by NYSC to identify you; it also tells them what school you graduated from, when you were mobilized, and so forth.
Like your matriculation number, which shows your department, year of admission, and serial number, this number is unique to you.
In the eyes of NYSC, your Call-up number represents your true identity; it cannot be misplaced, stolen, or lost.
After you’ve completed your online registration, you’ll receive a text message with this number. The number will also be included on your Green-Card and Call-Up letter.
