University of Abuja (veritas university) postgraduate form registration guideline

The Veritas Postgraduate application is now available. The College of Post-graduate Studies at Veritas University, Abuja (the Catholic University of Nigeria) is accepting applications from adequately qualified students from accredited institutions for admission to post-graduate programs for the academic year 2022/2023.

Postgraduate Admissions Requirements at Veritas University

• Candidates must have at least 5 O’Level credits in the necessary composition of courses for each department.
• A first degree from a recognized university with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division and 3.00 CGPA is required for entrance to the Masters’s Degree program.
• A candidate may be needed to complete our diploma program, which can serve as a ‘bridge’ program for those who did not graduate with a BA/B.Sc. in that field.
• A minimum of a third-class or higher in BA/B.Sc. would be required for admission to our post-graduate diploma.
• Academic transcripts and referee reports must be attached to all applicants.
• Veritas University’s College of Post-graduate Studies may accept registered students with higher degrees from other universities on transfer if they fulfill the University’s requirements for admission to such programs.

How to Apply for Postgraduate Admission at Veritas University

• Candidates should go to www.veritas.edu.ng and click on “Postgraduate” under academics to get the application form and procedure, or they can go to the College Office.
• Send the completed form, along with proof of payment, to the “Dean, College of Postgraduate Studies, Veritas University, Abuja.”

FEE FOR APPLICATION / COST

• You can fill out manual application forms by obtaining the PDF form from our website.
• After paying the non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000.00) or its dollar equivalent into the University account below, scan and send the filled form and payment teller to pgschool@veritas.edu.ng.

• Photocopies and originals of qualifying certificates
• NYSC certificate/Exemption certificate (original and photocopy) (where applicable)
• Two passport photos taken recently
• Academic Transcript (must be sent directly from the candidate’s university to “Dean, College of Postgraduate Studies, Veritas University, Abuja“).

• Enter your jamb registration number, email address, phone number, and password to register.
• Verify your email in your inbox and go back to the portal to pay the N2000 application cost.
• Pay with your credit card online, or create a reference number and pay in person at any bank branch of your choice, then return to finish your application.
• If you successfully complete the payment, you will be prompted to click to continue your application, at which time you will be sent to the application form.
• Complete the form completely and accurately, then click the submit button at the bottom.
• If you are unable to complete your application for whatever reason, you may return to the admission site HERE to login and complete your application before the deadline:

After completing your application, print the acknowledgement sheet and bring it to the university on the institution’s Post-UTME/Direct Entry screening day, which will be notified later.
