How to delete your jiji account
However, if you want to delete your jiji account yourself, kindly follow the guide below:
- open your installed jiji app
- perform a password reset on your account in order to remember your password
- click on profile
- click on the name of your account on jiji (usually at the top left hand side after clicking on profile)
- scroll down to where you have delete account and click on it
- enter the reason why you want to delete your account
- enter the password on your account and click on delete
- Hurray! account will be deleted
