COHESKAT (Katsina State College of Health Sciences and Technology Kankia) is now accepting applications for the academic year 2022/2023. As a result, beginning February 1, 2022, any interested and eligible applicants can access the school portal to begin registration. On March 18, 2022, the online application will conclude.
The application form costs N2,500, plus a Remita processing charge of N453.

| Diploma in Community Health Extension Worker (CHEW) | Holders of WAEC/SSCE/NECO or GCE O Level with at least five credits (5) in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry in not more than two sittings. |
| Technician in Pharmacy Medicine (PHT) | A candidate must have at least Five Credits (5) in any of the following: GCE, WASC, SSSC, WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB at not more than two (2) sittings: English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. |
| Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) | Minimum of five credits (5) in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology at the Senior Secondary School Certificate level SSCE/GCE/NABTEB/WAEC/NECO O Levels in not more than two sittings. NOTE: Admission is not possible if the results are older than ten (10) years. |
| Environmental Health Technologist (ND/HND) (EHT) | Minimum of five (5) WAEC/NECO credits in no more than two sittings. English Language, Math, Biology/Health Sciences, Chemistry, and one of the following subjects: Physics, Geography, Economics, Nutrition, or Technical Drawing. |
| Diploma in Environmental Health Technician (EVT) | Four (4) credits from WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB in no more than two sittings English Language, Mathematics, Biology/Health Sciences, and one of the following subjects are required. Agricultural Science, Physics, Geography, and Chemistry Environmental Health Assistant (EHA) holders with two years of post-qualification experience and above are eligible to enroll in the RE-EVT program. |
| Health Information Management (HIM) Diploma | A minimum of Five Credit (5) passes in relevant subjects from SSCE: WAEC, NECO or its Equivalent (NABTEB and NBAIS) at not more than two (2) sittings. The subjects must include Mathematics, English Language Biology/Health Science, Physics or Chemistry and any other subject. |
| Diploma in Dental Health Technician (DHT) | Five credits (5) from WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB in no more than two sittings, including English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry in no more than two (2) sittings. NB: English language credit is required. |
| Certificate in Environmental Health Assistantship (EHA) | Before beginning training as an Environmental Health Assistant, each candidate must show proof of the following qualifications: Two (2) credit passes in GCE, SSCE, NECO, NABTEB at not more than two sittings, including English Language, one scientific subject (Biology, Chemistry, Health Science, or Integrated Science), and any other two subjects. |
| Retraining for Environmental Health Technicians (REVT) | Holders of an EHA Certificate, DSA, JCHEW, or equivalent certificate with a 2-year post-qualification experience can enroll in the 200 level EVT Diploma. |
| Environmental Health Technologist (ND/HND) | Minimum of five (5) WAEC/NECO credits in no more than two sittings. English Language, Mathematics, Biology/Health Sciences, Chemistry, and one of the following subjects are required. Physics, Geography, Economics, Nutrition, and Technical Drawing are some of the subjects covered. |
| Certificate for Junior Community Health Extension Worker (JCHEW) | A candidate must have three (3) credit (3) WAEC or NECO passes in English, Mathematics, Biology, and any two additional courses. |
| Re-training for Community Health Extension Workers (RCHEW) | JCHEW certificate holders with two years of post-qualification experience and the CHEW prerequisite will be accepted to the 200 level immediately. |
| Dental Therapy ND (DT) | A minimum of five credit passes in WAEC or NECO, with English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics being taken in no more than two sittings. |
| Health Promotion and Education Diploma (DHPE) | In not more than two (2) sittings, the candidate must have four (4) credits in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB, including English Language, Mathematics, Biology/Health Sciences, and any one of the following subjects: Geography, Physics, Chemistry, or Agricultural Science. |
| Health And Social Rehabilitation Diploma (DHSR) | A candidate must have at least four (4) credits from WAEC or NECO at not more than two (2) sittings, including English Language, Mathematics, Biology/Health Sciences, and one Basic Science/Social Sciences. |
